In the summer of 2021, with a completion time of 240 day project, this project included work described as site work, selective demo, cold form metal framing, hollow metal doors, hollow metal door frames, metal stud frames, gypsum board wall and ceiling assemblies, insulation, wood doors, suspended acoustic ceiling tiles, epoxy flooring, ceramic tile walls, interior painting, exterior painting, signage, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, power, and lighting, new millwork.
