Summer of 2020, with a completion time of 270 days, the Raymond Road Readiness Center is an existing two-story multi-building facility in Jackson, MS. The renovations will provide new finishes, lighting, door hardware, and ADA site access. This project includes a selective demo that will minimally remove existing exterior concrete, interior partition finishes, and plumbing and electrical components. A small amount of new concrete masonry unit walls will be added to achieve minor interior layout modifications. Interior finishes include paint, lay-in acoustic oil tile ceilings, gypsum board ceiling fur downs, vinyl composite tile flooring, carpet tile flooring, ceramic tile flooring, and wall coverings.
