In the Summer 2024, with a completion time of 270 days, this project consisted of site work, removing an old building, removing an old septic tank, bringing in new dirt, leveling off, construction of an 11,000 square foot metal building with a brick water table around it. This includes a backup generator for the entire property, a pump system, security system, 610 limestone driveways, and ADA handicap accessible parking.
