In the Spring 2024, with a completion time of270 Days, this project included site work to upgrade sidewalks to ADA accessible ramps and handrails, a handicap accessible front door, complete demo of interior, including ceilings, floors, walls, add a new workstations flooring, gypsum board, doors, wooden doors, hollow metal doors, casement work, glass work, tile work, paint throughout lab, casement work, and light fixtures throughout.
